What's on offer
Active Lifestyle Centres has so much to offer across all our sites centres at Bradley Stoke, Kingswood, Longwell Green, Thornbury and Yate.
There’s an abundance of fitness and swimming classes; an extensive range of gym equipment to suit all fitness levels, Wellbeing Studio’s with power-assisted equipment, and a great choice of hall and racquet sport activities, from badminton, table tennis, to indoor bowls.
All our Centres offer safe spaces where customers can feel welcome, cared about and at ease. We’re here for everyone, no matter where you are on your health and fitness journey.
Our aim is to make our spaces inclusive to all. This means that they are fully accessible:
- Our pools are accessible to everyone, every day. We also run set sessions for people with disabilities.
- Our gyms are accessible to everyone, aged 11 years and older, and we offer a range of equipment designed or adapted for people with different levels of mobility.
- We run social group classes for people living with MS, Parkinson’s, Osteoarthritis and Cancer.
- We also support Team GB Paralympic athletes through our Springboard programme.
